Secure online payment / payment on site. Accepted methods: espèces et carte bancaire.
4. Delivery / collection
Terms and lead times: repas servis sur place au restaurant ; le restaurant ne propose ni commande en ligne à emporter ni livraison.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal DOES NOT APPLY to perishable foodstuffs or to catering services provided on a specific date.
6. Legal warranties
Conformity (Art. L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Art. 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
